PURCHASES & PAYMENT
Customers must provide Ball Transfers & More with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Ball Transfers & More is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All of our prices are in USD, Ball Transfers & More is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
Payment or debiting of your credit/debit card will be completed when you accept to complete the transaction at checkout. Ball Transfers & More uses the WooCommerce and SSL for all transaction protection. Your credit card number cannot be viewed by Ball Transfers & More or any third party.
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system (suspected fraud), we will check your order by calling you on the given number or email to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit cardholder. If we find anyone trying to use another person’s details, Ball Transfers & More will report all transaction information to the proper authorities.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders may be cancelled with full refunds less transactional fees as long as products have not shipped.
Standard Shipping Via USPS –flat rate cost is indicated at checkout. If delivery times are equivalent to or faster than USPS Guarantee (3-days), we reserve the right to ship ground

Orders received before 12 PM EST on a business day are shipped the sameday. If your order is placed after this, it will be shipped the following business day.
Purchases made on Weekends and on Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your order is shipped you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Standard Shipping USPS – Postage will take between 1-3 business days depending on your location.
